It is much easier to deal with problems when you are in a supportive environment, surrounded by therapists. It is much harder when you get home! If you and your family are struggling, we suggest continuing family therapy with a therapist. Adjusting to a new life and supporting each other in healthy ways, after years of chaos, is difficult. Therapy supports a new lifestyle with communication and healthy boundaries.

In addition, the 12 Step community offers support through groups such as Alanon, Alateen, CoDa and others.
